E-commerce in USA while living abroad?

I wanted to find out if anyone has had experience in having a e-commerce business that sells physical goods in USA and you aren't USA citizen (I'm from Europe). If you have or have knowledge about this.. What is the best approach for me to take? - I'll be using drop shipping (most likely).

Sub questions:
  1. Should I register a company in USA or can I use my existing one in UK/LV?
  2. Should I have a bank account in USA or can I use my existing one in UK/LV (through paypal for example)?
  3. What about taxes?
  4. Do I need any licenses?
P.S. I'm sure these aren't all the questions I need answers to but it will get me started.
