So, I recently just did my competitor research I'm in shock how cheap they are.

They we're charging $97 for monthly "unlimited Thumnails" package and the other $27 for 8 Thumbnails

And $127 for 4 thumbnail designs per month.

What do you think?

There will always be Walmarts and Louis Vuittons.

On some channels, a 5% CTR increase on one video could mean $1,000s or $10,000s in additional profit.

How many customers do you have?

If you guarantee 10% increase in CTR then it is easily worth the $250 to the right person.

I don't know enough about the thumbnail market to judge the pricing. However, when it comes to comparing offers, context matters.

If you offer exactly the same services without any differentiation, then you might want to review your prices. In a commodity market, people tend to gravitate toward that are cheaper.

If you have a value skew, then the question is "do you skew enough to justify your prices?". That and if people are purchasing what you are selling will determine if you have the correct prices

It also helps to think "old game" vs "new game". The "old game" is your competition. Do you play the same game or do you offer something new, the "new game".
