I'm about to take some active steps towards fastlane, was hoping you can throw in some opinions/experiences, to help my decision. I already had similar thread with 0 replies, maybe it was too long, I'll try to keep it extremely brief this time.
I want to form an LLC for the purpose of doing 100% online based business. I'm living in Europe, and need to be able operating it from here.
I was contemplating incorporation in AZ or NYC, can you suggest any pros or cons for either, or suggest some third place?
(I did some research, didn't suggest these 2 without reason, but will not get into it for the sake of keeping the post short this time)
