New idea. I am thinking of writing a diet/lifestyle book, based on one of the premises; "You can eat whatever you want, and lose weight". Which is something I can guarantee if they follow the principles, and they might take it overboard and might just eat sugary donuts and fry chicken lol

Still, people can lose weight...

By not talking nutrition, and allowing people the freedom to indulge then I am promoting unhealthy eating habits though. So I am worried that people might sue me if I cause them to get cavities, diseases, ill-lifestyle. Even though they brought it up themselves.

could I be sue? I want to protect myself.
