creating a following on instagram and pinterest before product launch - without name

We have found a product that we believe we can rebrand and sell.
We still haven't come up with a product or company name yet.
It being a visual product I am keen on getting started with instagram and pinterest to try to get as a big following as possible before launch.
As we don't have the product name yet would that be an issue with starting an instagram and pinterest account or can these be renamed later on?
Also how do you actually reach out to your followers at product launch? I obviously has to have nice landing page and all that but do I get them to visit my page?
Any Suggestion would be much Appreciated.
