Anyone have any recommendations or resources they can share?

Have ideas for 3 different products in 3 different industries we'd like to create but want to investigate possible competitors in each industry to see if its even worth our time.

These aren't huge markets and need to see the revenue of the top companies currently selling those products. They mostly offer wholesale so checking traffic to websites won't give us any indication.

Are there tools or websites we can use to determine a private company's annual sales revenue? Need to see if its worth pursuing the cost of manufacturing our products.

Appreciate any direction here.

Thanks

I wouldn't suggest looking at the revenue of your competition to judge your ideas. Many factors can play a role.

Instead I would find out what the market really wants. What need does your idea fulfil? What makes you better than your competition for each idea?

You can use Google Ads to analyse the search volume of your market. Andy Black has a very good idea for this:

There are many ways you can test your business ideas.
