I have always thought I would know what to do with $X amount of dollars until it became a reality and I want to ensure solid savings and investing practices without squandering too much.
I'm a Financial Services Manager at Agricultural / Construction Equipment dealer. I specialize in this area and can be hepful with most questions, but am not by any means an expert at it, and am always learning.
I am leaning towards investing in real estate and rental properties over the stock market, just because I feel much more comfortable and safe in that area, but will save that for another thread in the right forum.
