Can Things Really Be Done Differently?

Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to say Hi! I am newbie on here, so please be gentle with me.

After reading the Fastlane my mind started to work at a tangent to the idea. It generated some very strong thought about how people can easily come together to make things happen in business.

I have come to the conclusion that it is possible to build a business from the ground up with the energy and enthusiasm of everyone; not just finances.

I have since started a new online concept where I hope to attract people to join a company and earn credits/shares in the company based on their level of involvement.

For example, if someone offers to redesign the website, that earns X share in the company; if a legal expert draws up the contractual agreements for the business they gain further credits. It is a nominal $1 charge to join the company, and every person makes every decision - with their vote weighted based on the amount of 'stock' they hold in the company.

At this very very early stage, there is no company registered, no premises, no name, no marketing plan, no product! So, basically nothing but a blog! LOL!

However, I think this is the beauty. Everyone comes together to shape and direct how the company starts and where it heads.

It is a bit of a fantastical dream maybe, but I hope it will work out.

I will not post the blog here intentionally, as I am not here to just drive traffic for a virginal blog! I am here to hear ideas and critique on the basic premise.

I would love to know what people think about the idea, how I could spread the word and any pointers which might stimulate a few more ideas.

Anyway, thanks for getting to the end of this! I look forward to contributing on many matters on this forum.
