Hey Guys,

Ive been looking into buying a business with my brother, it is an OEM automotive parts dropshipping business.

The company is about 3 years old and has been declining, as you can see in the attached files, as the owner has been focusing his time on his other business rather than marketing this one. I see potential for growth back to where it used to be with proper marketing and SEO. It is a very competitive market though, but the business has already built a decent customer base.

I went ahead and attached the Profit & Loss sheet as well as overall revenue sheet and analytics overview.

What are yalls thoughts? Any concerns?

Thanks for the input

Hi, I see it's an old topic but seems quite interesting. Do you have already experience buying this or other businesses, how did you go about it ?
