So I was browsing Jeuxvideo.com - which is the french version of Gamespot - and noticed a ton of POKER ADS on a site where many of the visitors are under 18 !

As you know, people who are underage can't play on poker sites with their own money - but what about a site that offers exclusively free tournaments ? Is that legal ?

I suppose it's illegal else all the big companies would already have done it, but I really can't see why. If there's no money being bet then there's no gambling.

What about video game tournaments with entry-fees ? Would you need to be over 18 even if they're games of skill ?
