SUMMARY OF THREAD:
So, this is a progress thread, but it would be awesome to get feedback on the title, content and marketing of a fitness eBook that I am currently writing. I plan to distribute a rough copy of my book for free to the people that show the most interest and want to help. So yes, there is FREE stuff involved. And once the finalized product is complete, I plan to give ya'll that.


I have basically laid out what the program will consist of so you have a general idea of what it will contain.
