This is cute. The people buying my new house are using an FHA loan from my understanding. I guess now when you get everyone to sign everything, it takes 3 days to get a clear to close. Its like a waiting period! WTF! Now we can't close on Friday we have to close on Tuesday.

Do I understand this right? The mortgage broker that explained it to me isn't the best, and I'm not dealing with the attorney on this one my uncle is. So I'm getting the attorney's side 3rd party.

This will be the 2nd time I have run into this crap, the last was on the old house with the 90 day rule.
