Hello everyone,
My story is similar to many on the forum. I moved to Phoenix about 2 years ago, and I'm working as an "E" for a large corporation in the area. I'm also do some freelance work as a web developer.
After spending many long hours reading forums and books, my wife and I started wholesaling property within the last year and have purchase 2 investment properties that are currently rented. We're continually working on the real estate business as a means to escape the rat race.
I'm looking forward to a much better experience on this forum after seeing what has become of RDPD forums.
