For every year for the last TEN years it was there.
On Monday morning.
My weekly purchase order from Amazon, for more books.
On Monday, it wasn't there.
I figured it was a slow week for books which didn't seem likely. Quarantines likely have people reading more books.
And then this came... (see below)
It looks like Amazon will stop ordering stuff that is non-essential.
While I'm still in business and there are other ways to get my books, this has to be concerning for some folks.
It also flares up another element within The Commandment of Control. We thought it dangerous if Amazon just cancelled your account. Well, what if they just stop ordering? The result just might be the same.

How do you plan to weather it? If at all?
