Everyone who is an inventor and a founder - basically in almost every developed country of the world there is some kind of new govt institution willing to help you w/o equity - in US it's Build2Scale, also STIR, in EU it's Horizon Europe (and a lot of regional ones, like Irish Enterprise Ireland or Germany's KwF), UK has Innovate UK, Switzerland has Innosuise, ad nauseam. You do need TRL 4-8 to obtain them finances, but you can.
I've spent full-time weeks researching and working with to those institutions so I know. I actually have a file here (attached). It ranks literally everything from US to Malaysya, Japan to Germany, etc - 16k characters of funding collection, so you may as well take a look.
So, for all those who told me that finances hold back their big inventions - it's not the finances it's their bullshit which is holding them back.
I've prepared the file for myself and it was written for my purposes , but any serious tech entrepreneur will find this valuable.
