Extreme failure is when you go to an extreme in the pursuit of success, but remain in that extreme without success.
Agendas are typically what hold you in that extreme without chance to relent or alternate strategy.
You need to be able to extricate yourself from the extreme and challenge your pervasive agenda or this happens.
The symptoms are
- apathy
- recklessness
- avoiding personal accountability to others in your community
- passive hostility
- laggy, half a##ed action
These symtoms are because you are attempting to find "oxygen" in a stale environment, and you end up crashing due to "losing yourself". Once you lose yourself you lose all chance to succeed by merits of virtue.
The only success you can then gain is success by repetition. Which means MUNDANE scaling attempts that indenture other workers into servitude.
