New to the forum and having tonnes of fun exploring all of these great threads.
I've recently read Millionaire Fastlane and I'm now 3/4 of the way through Unscripted . Thoroughly enjoyed Millionaire Fastlane and I am now enjoying Unscripted even more. I discovered the books through a recommendation on a podcast I've been listening to for some time called 'Screw The Nine To Five'. I've read my fair share of business books over the past 5-10 years, but these two have been stick outs.
Anyway, I am 24 and from Glasgow, Scotland.
From a very young age, entrepreneurship has been my chosen path - especially after some short stints in so-called 'real' jobs. I'm sure this is a very common theme amongst most of the people who are involved in this community.
The short story is that I have tried my hand at many things, from selling t-shirts online from my bedroom at 16 to owning a pizza restaurant in the West End of Glasgow at 22.
I currently have a social media management company and I make a good living for my age whilst also having a great deal of freedom and control over my day.
However, I'm still in pursuit of a business that has the potential to generate some REAL wealth and, in time, allows me total freedom to live my life on my terms.
I would consider myself addicted to the pursuit of freedom despite everyone around me unknowingly living in the slow lane. And that is why I am here. I want to surround myself with more people who possess a similar mindset and who are blessed (or cursed) with the drive and hunger to be happier, healthier and wealthier every single day.
