"Billion dollar business" is a touch grandiose. There is a demand for short reports that cover specific aspects of a given topic, but building a billion dollar business isn't really a 26 page report sort of a topic.
Creating a product is good and commendable but you miss named your report and it comes across as un credible. I appreciate that you came back to the thread and offered more, but the criticisms leveled thus far are still true. My (unsolicited) advice is to take to heart the old saw that "the best writing is re writing" and re work the piece starting with the title. Maybe add content or maybe just re work what's there and use it as the basis for a better info product to be created next time.
I can't speak for anyone but myself but from what I see everyone here is giving you input aimed at making your product and your presentation better. When @MJ DeMarco said you should take a writing class, it doesn't look like he was being dismissive. It looks like a well respected author told you what you need to hear. Take the advice into consideration and act accordingly. Re working, editing, re writing and re titling may make this a report that sells a little better than it has thus far. You have demonstrated the willingness to act. Don't stop now. Pick this up, take a good look at the responses you got from well meaning and in some cases truly accomplished people and decide how to move this ball down the field.
Fail often. Fail forward.
