While I was doing due diligence for my idea/venture, I ran into a site and a highly rated entrepreneur book called DISCIPLINED ENTREPRENEUR by Bill Aulet from MIT.
Many budding/aspiring entrepreneurs do not know where to start or just want a step by step process before taking any action. So here is a step by step guide you can use so there shouldn't be any excuse for not taking action. So go get the ICECREAM like my boy @IceCreamKid would say

(3) How do they acquire your product?
(4) How do you make money off your product?
