I have invested already a little in real estate(is not fastline)
What to do next, invest again in real estate, what would be considerd an known territory for me
but that will not get me on the fast track untill i am 45.

Nobody here can tell you what to do. What are your skills? What kinds of communities are you involved in? Do you have any business ideas?

If I could recommend anything for you right now, it would be to continue saving more money from whatever work you do, and start working on your ideas. Don't throw money at the first idea(s) that come to you. Just be patient and take some time to figure out what you're good at.

Maybe start a service business with very little money down, to start getting some business experience.
