Years ago, when i first read The Millionaire Fastlane book, i remember i registered on this forum
But then life happened, i got completely lost in the process of building my own business (more a superfulltime job masqueraded as a business, i used to own a cocktail bar).
Yes, i've read the book but apparently i haven't learned enough of the main concepts 😀 Had to learn some of the lessons the hard way.
Sold my business after a couple of years, worked as a GM for 2 big venues in Rome.
Now i'm working in consulting, mainly helping restaurant owners to raise those razor-thin margins. But the time constraint is real and i can only work with a small amount of venues at a time, so i'm looking for ways to productize my services.
But more on that later, maybe in a blog (don't remember if there's a dedicated section on the forum)
Anyway, it's good to be back!
If anyone is struggling with some aspects of the business (restaurants, cocktail bars, cafes etc.) - feel free to reach out! I'm here to help
