The date is set: 2/22/2013-2/24/2013

We called a bunch of venues, but from a costs analysis it looks like it will be the Chaparral Suites or the Scottsdale Clarion.

We will have room for 30 attendees. First come, first served.

There will be a small contingent of rooms at the hotel available for a discount. Again, first come, first served.

Clarion booked at tickets open for purchase. I put a link on my blog for ya'll. Will come back and post the attendees on first page with an update every day or so.

I definitely plan on being there this year. I've heard to many good things about the event. As soon as dates are known, ill be able to give a confident yes/no.

edit: 3 Minnesotans responding back to back in the first 4 replies... I wonder if this has something to do with the event being in Arizona in the dead of winter

I want to go so bad. Depends on my money situation and probably also on the date as I would couple this with a vacation/USA trip. Else the flight would be a bit too expensive for "just" a weekend.

Usually in Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Usually weekend. Probably last weekend in February. Last year they were scheduled from Friday afternoon through Sunday, but a few showed up earlier in the week for extra "credit."

Each participant does a short presentation (15-20 minutes?) on a topic of their own selection.

I'm going if I can afford it. A 3-day weekend in AZ sounds awesome. Only problem is I'm not legal in the States. Guess I'll be having Shirley Temples and pancakes, instead...

EDIT: I've been thinking about my presentation, too. Probably would do LinkedIn for B2B building as my presentation since that's what I've been doing for the past few months

There's a small chance I may not be there this time. Im trying to plan my trip to Antarctica and I can't go until after Jan 1st. I also dont want to miss the superbowl. I always hold out hope that the Bears will make it and would kick myself if they did and I was on another continent. So that leaves me a small window for the trip, either mid Jan or mid Feb.

Ill definitely try my best to be there... Working on a startup however with an effective launch date of January-February so that might pose a problem.

But as soon as details are ready ill pencil it in my schedule and try and make this happen.
