How much jump shots did I take TODAY?
Have I improved my dribbling skills TODAY?

I never saw an NBA player that worked on his game only 2-3 times a week for 2 hours. It just doesn't happen. Now if you are only reading books about basketball and don't spend any time in the gym even worse.
