To be quite frank here, if the goal is to own wealth of more than 1.000.000$ at the cost of accumulating 10.000 hours of entrepreneurial skills, than i can\t see anyone wanting to Not getting to be a millionaire.

10.000 hour rule

in my opinion these "hour rules" apply to lazy asses who like to create excuses. depending on your attidude, mindset, peer group, level of focus etc, you can master something new even in one month, one year or never.
