Hello,

I'm the founder of a nootropic brand. Sales go OK but mostly from the USA.
Shipping is a pain in the a$$! expensive and slow. There is apparently a lot of potential in the USA.
Looking for a partner who wants to set up a sales channel in the states.
Payment on commission, if things go good, we can discuss partnerships.
Any one interest ? preferable with e-commerce / biohacking / high achiement experience and interest.

This doesn't sound to me a partnership but looking for a glorified salesman. If I am to ask, the fair you can do is hire a salesman in US with salary and sales commission. What you are offering is conditional partnership. Someone you can dump if sales dont go well. Partnership is a marriage my advice is get a business partner that is unconditional to which both of you shed some equity.

I understand what you mean, have been myself in that "carrot in front the nose trap" a lot of times in the past. i really mean that if sales go great we cooperate. any honestly, we do not have (yet) the money to employ somebody full time. but, as we are willing to give nice commissions, it can been really nice as a side job.....
