is anyone down to lift weights/exercise/rock climb/something physical before/after the speakers?

I have to go to crossfit when i'm there since I'm registered for the open and need a judge to watch me lol...not doing it competitively but still fun

Got a quick question:

I'm working on my presentation ... and am coming to realize ... I have way more material I have than time.

Which ... I suppose ... is (far) better than having the opposite problem.

Anyway ... so suppose rather than stopping at 45 minutes ... and taking random questions ... I used the extra time to cover some more material ...?

What is the MAX time I would be looking at ...? 50 minutes ...? or 55 ...?

I don't know how much time was originally planned for Q&A ... so I figured I'd ask.

I'm thinking that ... if people have individual questions ... I can answer them one on one ... in the hallway ... during a break ... or whenever.

Just trying to plan ahead.

No, I'm not currently a member of a Crossfit gym. I mostly lift weights, but I'm really down for just about anything.

Last year I think I finally learned who's who by the last day, but this year with 75 people - I think nametags (or something similar) would save a lot of "who are you again?.. I'm so and so on the forum... my name is...." Lol..

So TOTALLY agree. Trying to (orally) remember 75 names ... much less trying to recall and identify the corresponding profile ... is a lot to take in.

I was hoping this was already in the agenda, and not the stick on type since they never stay on. That added with a list of attendees to forum names helps so you can jot down things to tie into memory later on. It's a lot to cram in a weekend and come out with lifelong contacts.
