why didn't you guys listen to the last 2 offers? The fact that you didn't makes this seem orchestrated.

They went into get Lori. They got a deal they liked from the shark they wanted to work with. Fast forward to the update tomorrow night and then come back here and let us know if you think they made the right decision.

I went in for Lori and Lori made a better offer than we had imagined. Why would I blow the opportunity to partner with the person I wanted to partner with??

Can it be tonight yet? Anxiously awaiting the Shark Tank update. If you had a private invitation to my four season porch this evening, you likely would see me standing and cheering before I settled back in to drink a Jim Beam toast to the Paint Brush Cover.

For those who didn't catch it. :)

I would have listened to what Barbara and Cuban had to say, having the rest of the sharks fighting over them, would have just got them more money, more air time, and a better deal, that's why Lori took that gamble, she knew it would have went up really high like Barbara said she was going to, 300k and 500k, these guys are rich because they have a good product, not because of Lori. Oh well that's the past, it won't matter in a few years when they are all multimillionaires. Always good to see people doing well, especially fellow New Yorkers.

Makes me think if I go on shark tank, I'll have to try and control the frame of the whole interaction, from the very start, imply it some how that if you make those kinds of take my offer or you get nothing form me deals, you will loose hard on national TV.

Congrats man. The woman with the shoe company is related to one of my wife's friends. It was a fun episode to watch.

Yea, obviously the PBC guys are really second-guessing their decision. They have 18 employees but really should have 24. They're in 14,000 Home Depots-- they really should be in 14,500. OMFG. SMH.

I agree MJ. It won't matter in the long run, they are all going to be multimillionaires in the future, and won't care as much about loosing a few 100k, if they ever did, That's why I also said.

Looking forward to seeing more people from the forum on shark tank in the future.

I would LOVE to go on national TV and have Mr. Wonderful offer me the one and only deal, and tell him "sorry Mr. Wonderful, but I'm out". That girl with the t-shirt prints last night had him pretty worked up....lol, "I'm Mr. Wonderful ! I dont grovel! ". I seriously laughed at that, that was too funny. Perhaps she knew what she had and wasn't about to get eaten by a shark.

If you approach business, and business relationships, from a standpoint of greed, you're going to lose. Sure they may have been able to squeeze Lori for an extra buck, but that would start their relationship with a bad taste. Start every relationship with every customer, partner, employee with the idea that we're all in this together to make things good, for everyone, and you will be much happier--even if you fail.

Good point, I agree. My frames normally bring value for my self and every one else that's involved, so we can all win together.

I still stand by my statement made earlier you should have listened to the other offers. You would have seen success either way because of things like your work ethic and it being a great product but a better offer could have resulted in you getting much more value.

How could he have gotten a better offer? What kind of better offer. They wanted Lori. The amount wasn't all that important as long as it was within a reasonable range. They wanted and got Lori. Win! Lori won too against the others. Win! Both sides felt like they won. Win!

The only thing I missed was that I really wanted to hear Sal say, "Sorry Mr. Wonderful, we're not all that interested in working with you."
