First of all, I'm writing this as a person who has read and believes in the MFL.

What I'm proposing here is NOT fastlane, but is a way for someone who is industrious and smart to make some cash in the interim, while figuring out or working on their own Fastlane plan.

Details: My father has been in the dry-cleaning and laundry machine sales business for about 30-years in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in selling used machines. He is getting close to retiring and is in need of selling off his inventory of machines and he has a lot of them, a whole yard filled with them (few hundred thousand dollars worth of equipment).

Goal: Clear out his inventory. The ideal customers will be dry cleaners, laundry mats, and other companies that have laundry plants (think casinos, hotels, etc) and not just domestic, some recent customers lately have been people who have been selling to people in Mexico, Philippines, etc.

Opportunity: We have all the inventory , we need to find people who are up to the challenge of selling the equipment. This is commission-based, but we are open to discussing some other scenarios if it makes sense. As an example the machines can range anywhere from $2500 - 25,000 and many people are looking for multiple units.
