I realized for me to be more effective in my business ventures I have to take better care of myself first. I think I’m going to be doing a bunch of 30 days (or longer) challenges and daily check in through this thread to update my progress and goals.

My intentions are to publicly keep myself accountable, inspire other people and finish something for once in my life :)

1 - Awake - Get up every day at 5 AM (7 days a week. I got to bed around 9. Early mornings are awesome)

2 - Exercise - Daily for one hour (Makes a huge difference for me. Important on so many levels)

3 - Caffeine - Don‘t drink coffee (I have healthy alternatives and really have to tackle this for once and all)

4 - Work - Mon-Fri for 4 to 5 hours daily on part time freelance work (Pays well, allows me to save and invest while developing myself)

5 - Read - Self-development/Business books 3 hours a day (I value knowledge very much. I always try to implement everything I learn)

6 - Goals - Spend 1 hour daily in reflection/implementation for newly learned knowledge (I love planning, setting goals and creating action plans)

7 - Go - Take action on one new/important/pending task (No action = No results. I’m a big believer in taking action)

Excellent. I’m very excited to do this.
