Hi. I live in a regional town & I've found that the market for locally grown & home delivered produce has exploded since the Corona lockdown. At the same time a lot of farmers have lost sales because of closure or restaurants & farmers markets. My idea is to create simple, standardized, 1 page ecommerce sites so they can sell direct & efficiently process orders & payments. Here's my landing page:

Here's the results of my Facebook campaign:
The click through is 1.7% though it was initially much higher but has been dropping. I've had no enquiries.

I'd appreciate any feedback. You don't need to be kind, I know it's pretty rough but I wanted to get something up & running to see if it had legs first.

Thanks.

I like the idea, how does transportation work from farm to customer?

Who figures out the supply chain and delivery?

The farmer organises transport or offers farm-gate pickup. It's not ideal logistically. A combined delivery run would be more efficient & I've been working on that but it's one step at at time at this stage.

How about help them set up a "Pick-Your-Own" farm?

Here's one in my state: SweetBerry Farms

You can pick strawberries in spring and pumpkins in the fall. I'd imagine it wouldn't be too different just with different crops?

Maybe get them set up with a little Square POS and check-in system for customers.

There actually is one nearby but they're closed. At the moment the lockdown regulations make that sort of thing hard to do but afterwards that sort of thing might be good.
