Does NDA ,Non competition and other agreement any useful there ?
I would like to hear from someone who sourced his/her product idea and the manufacturer didn't produce and sell that product separately.

Have one manufacture build one part, a 2nd manufacture build the 2nd part, and so on.

You should probably add a question mark to the end of this thread.. I thought this was a How-To Guide.

Outside of a having multiple manufacturers for each part and self assembly, it might be difficult.

China doesn't care about your IP or NDA.

The great news is that - for now at least - there is a significant gap in those factories and the ability to market in English, to Western end users well.

Build out a proper customer profile and focus all of your copy towards appealing to them, have a well written, well designed user friendly purchasing path, go above and beyond with your customer experience and make them want to buy your brand over the cheapest possible options carrying the same product(s).

Think Burts Bees vs No Name Lotion.

One has a compelling background story, great customer interaction, integration with sustainable, environmentally friendly initiatives and a recognizable brand. The other one you see in the bathrooms of cheap motels and on the 99C store discount rack.

It's entirely possible they have the exact same ingredients, in the exact same quantities in each bottle, that doesn't make them the same product.

So while an NDA isn't going stop the manufacturer from selling the product to customers, you can stop them from selling to YOUR CUSTOMER.

My product idea is simple peace of furnature with some twist that nobody thought about it before. So it is not woth to multi manufacturer also it is kind of products you cannot do alot of customer support for it. Just like head phones or monitors , we don't even know customer support number of these products because we don't need .
I think like you said the hope is they will not place it on eBay next day with price tag less than what I am listing it

I suggest you don't have it made in China. Although not 100% safe, Malaysia or Indonesia would be a better option. They both have greater respect for IP rights than businesses in China, where they routinely ignore your rights.

Both Malaysia and Indonesia have thriving furniture manufacturing industries.
