What are some habits you wished you would’ve started earlier and what are habits you wished you would’ve ended when it was small
I’ll start .
The best habits I picked up were exercising and reading. These two alone changed my life so muc. Another for me was talking t o girls. Sounds silly but my social skill has increased so much and I feel a lot more comfortable in my day o day life. Having a life full of dates with beautiful intelligent girls will make you a very vey happy man, especially as a young dude.
Habits I wished I could or should’ve ended earlier is porn, sleeping late, eating bad food, being an impulsive buyer.
