Hey guys, what are your thoughts on copy and pasting business models from overseas markets into your own untapped markets?

(Eg. Rocket Internet is a VC Incubator that creates, funds, and grows companies with proven American business models that they then transplant into overseas markets like Canada, Australia, Asia, etc).

I've done this with my existing company that I started 2 years ago and let's just say it worked like a charm.

Have any of you ever considered doing this at scale (multiple companies under your management like Rocket Internet above) or doing it even at an individual level for your ideas?
