    Became an active member here on the forum

    Miracle Mornings (thank you for the recommendation in Unscripted, MJ!)

    Stopped drinking coffee and caffeine (got motivated to do so here in the forum)

    Stopped drinking alcohol

    I wouldn't say most proud of but current habits I've developed that have had beneficial results:

    Reduced my alcohol and coffee consumption
    Go to the gym 6 days a week
    Have a sauna 6 days a week
    Intermittent Fasting for several weeks now (only eat between 6pm and 8pm typically)

    One thing I've struggled with recently is I am finding it hard to get up at 5am. It's more like 6am in the last week or so. Maybe it's tied to my Intermittent Fasting.

    Hey @andyhaus44 , I also got to start my Miracle Morning few months ago, so I would add, together with the MM itself, quitting refined sugar and too processed food, daily reading (at least 30 minutes a day) and meditation routine. Those things definitely helped me in my concentration, goal setting and "stick to the plan" skill.
