• Started gargling experiment based on holistic health checkup.
• Cleaned Kitchen and Payed Bills

• Continue Gargling Experiment (Start Gathering More Granular Data)
• Buy Flip Camera
• Create Webinar Script
• Create @kevin Interview Script

This Week:

* Worked a ton on the webinar Script. Didn’t finish like I wanted to though.
* Did first part of interview for @kevin and gave him my interview questions… waiting to hear back.
* Didn’t talk to @ben as much as I’d like, will try to do it every day this week
* Hurt my ankle… again. It’s so weak now, I would love to find a way to strengthen it when I recover so this doesn’t keep happening.
* Did gargling experiment, this is the first time I haven’t been constantly sniffly in a while, so I think it’s working.

Next Week:

* Finish Webinar Script
* Try to Ice Ankle Every Day.
* Pay for brain program
* Set up new meeting with Stefan re launch Schedule for SMR
* Continue gargling experiment.

This week:

* Finished all of webinar except sales pitch.
* Did Gargling Experiment
* Did not buy camera (probably my biggest failure this week, will have to do that tonight)
* Missed meeting with Stefan twice... will have to set it up later this week.

Next Week:

* Rewrite Kevin's Script
* Finish Sales Pitch for Webinar
* Do powerpoint for first launch video
* Buy video Camera
* Buy drugs for habit hacking experiment

Thought for the week: I know the systems that make me productive… Why am I being a pussy?

Last week:
Did some work on the website.
Went to Sexapalooza.
Spent a bunch of time with Kate.

This Week:
DOAED – Do one action, every day.
Create Powerpoints.
Read My Mission Statement frequently.

-I’ll be signing up for Stickk for my launch this week, I've added my mastermind to cheer me on, and my accountability buddy ben as my "referee".

Thought for the week: Create Hypothesis – Test – Change Direction – Test

This Week:

* So I didn’t achieve my goal this week… which means 90$ to anti-abortionists … some of you guys will be happy that money is going to that cause though .
* I did however get my sales page completely revamped. I made the changes to the video that @max suggested, and made changes to the copy with help from the guys on the Millionaire Fastlane Forum.

Upcoming Week:

* Finish goal from this week of second launch video
* Re-edit sales video to make suggested changes
* Talk to business partner about smoke testing current sales page.

Haven't updated this in a while, forgot to copy my last few updates from the mastermind to here. Anyways:

Thought for the week: My biggest weakness right now is lack of mentors. A lot of that is due to my own insecurities. I often have people who indicate willingness to mentor, but I don’t follow up and keep in touch. Starting sometime in the next 6 months, I want to begin a concerted effort to remedy this.

Last Week:

* Worked on fixing site problems and the video script
* Began a few articles for sex hacks
* Helped Kate with Job Application and Interview

This week
* Completely finish fixing site and get it launch-ready.
* Completely memorize script.
* Begin rehearsing script in front of video, and correcting weaknesses using example videos of great speakers
