Take your top image and put the text Sushi knife Store into the image in a nice font. Then upload a blank 1x1.gif for the header image to get rid of that text.

Center your youtube video or increase the embedded width to 580px so it will fill the space.

I don't know if anyone else suggested this but it may be beneficial to put the video on a landing page that let's people watch the video and asks them to enter their email address to proceed. You don't have to force them to enter an email but most people will if they like the video. Then you start building a contact list of leads that were actually interested in the product (in this case knives).

Why do you have a Contact Form and a Contact Us? Isn't that redundant?

Okay, around 11 weeks after building the site I have SEO traction and one of my keywords is now on Page 1 of Google. I am on the first page for "sushi knives" and the rest of my keywords are on page 2 with one flyer on page 5.

Congrats on the sale, and the SEO progress but are you aware that there's only 590 exact match searches per month for "sushi knives"?

Edit: I see that there's 2400 a month for "japanese knives" and 1300 for "japanese chef knives" as well, but even those numbers aren't really that big of traffic, I hope you can convert them well. Good luck!

Hey Guys,
I would like to thank everyone that posted in this thread and those that read it too.
I started on this forum about 6 months ago and I still haven't read MJ's book, but now I don't need to!
I went to college for this and MJ DeMarco did more for my financial education than any professor ever did, and he didn't even hit on me!
