I do not know if it will be of any help, but I recently encountered an interesting business model.

In my area there is a major player in the field of tree cutting. Major, but far-far away from monopoly - there is plenty of room for individual entrepreneurs here. The company over time aquired everything one need for a full process - equipment, technology, international recognition. And in some point they started to transition, metaphorically, from digging to selling shovels. Very expensive shovels.

First they started teaching. Tree cutting is lucrative and dangerous and many people are coming to learn the safe way to earn plenty of money. And here comes the second part. People are taught to work on a very expensive equipment which is exclusively sold by the company. So in the end $2000 course turns into $5000 income for the company per person. And the good part is that teachers are previous students after some years experience.

So if you have all that equipment and generational experience - maybe start teaching. Make community, sell them hardware they learned from you how to use. And in some years - hire those alumni to teach the next generation
