Every habit you have, has a "trigger event" (the cue), and a positive reward (Feeling of entertainment, comfort, satisfaction, etc.).
Step 1 - discover your trigger event for the habit.
Step 2 - every time that trigger event happens, do something positive, but make sure that new action provides the same type of reward.
You'll have to push through it at first, but once you build up that new neural pathway in your brain, and the new one is stronger than the negative habit, you'll be good to go.
Do this for all your habits and triggers.
