Owner-nose-best (concept is the knows pun, and the idea of the owner being the one caring for the dog, I know you don't want hyphens but it is a solveable problem)

godoggy.com vitality is in the name, and also it can mean that the dog has "go" in him that has got him lost, like "silly dog!", have the owner chasing after him as if its a nostalgic or good thing, or that you are mad for your dog, and are going after him like you really want the dog. Also allows you to scale into other areas, and is a proven name concept.

Pals4life is about the bond, which implies finding him rather than cutting and running. Can have a montage of you feeding him, him getting lost, you finding him, etc etc feel good stuff. I'd use this one more than go doggy if I had a larger customer list because its really brandable.

Update: I'm attempting to purchase both a Trademark and a Domain, each from Separate parties, based on a name submitted by a poster here. It's an awesome, super Brandable name.

However, I might wind up paying $5,000 IF I can get a hold of the TM owner. I've already spoken to their attorney. From what I can tell, they are just squatting on the TM.
