I've been contacting various businesses for idea extraction purposes, but for one of the companies I've come across a goldmine.

They have listed about 10 or so of their partners/managers with their individual contact details.

Now I want to contact all of them (why waste the opportunity) but how would you guys go about this? I could copy/paste the email (which could make me look bad) or slightly change it for each one?

Does it even matter?

I would make one basic thing. and just customize it with a name and maybe a different closing. I assume your talking about an initial contact email?

Yeah sorry I should have made that clearer.

It's for the initial contact - I just didn't want them potentially discussing it amongst themselves saying it was lazy etc.

Probably over-analysing this :)

I wouldn't go full on form. just the basic body. the rest you can customize some so its not identical. I would rather them think it was professional and complete and thought out rather than oh hey blah blah blah... you can make it uniform but custom both at the same time :)
