I have a room at the hotel where the event is.

It's a 1 King bed suite with a sofa pull out. I'm willing to split with 1 or 2 people. 1 person split would be roughly $450 and 2 people would be $300.

It's reserved for Thursday night, Friday night + Saturday night.

Any takers? Most likely won't be a third person unless that person just needs a place to crash.

Shot you a PM! Thanks for offering up.

@Travis Phipps

Personally, I would be interested in 1 and 4 as I'm in the eCom space right now but #2 is something that's seldom talked about (at least I've rarely heard discussed) that I'd love to hear about. It all sounds good, though, and thanks for presenting!

@Travis Phipps

(1) would be more valuable for me personally, (4) would also be a good choice just based on the fact that I am in ecommerce as well.

@Travis Phipps

I vote for (1) or (4).

Everyone else:

I have the same room arrangement as @eliquid. I'm trying to see if The Wife will come out but if she doesn't she'll likely be a late scratch. What that means is that there may have last minute space available as we get down to the wire. I'll update with a status as we get closer.

Pretty excited about this!

1. PPC - From beginner to expert in 40 minutes or less (this is the default setting...). No joking here though...I can turn each and every attendee into a PPC expert in a short period of time, but you better take good notes, do the homework, and be prepared to spend money on your campaigns.

My vote. I am really looking forward to hearing your presentation as well no matter which path you take.

Good idea Travis to ask for votes.

Same goes for me. I am doing a presentation on asset protection. As I don't know the demographic I can take this in a couple of different ways.

Asset protection strategies vary based on your level of wealth and your goals. It typically involves estate planning and in some cases tax minimization.

I can give a general presentation that hits on many topics like:
  • asset protection for real estate investors
  • asset protection for ecommerce/online entrepreneurs
  • asset protection for hnw investors with diversified portfolios
  • asset protection and geographical diversification of investments
  • estate planning
  • tax minimization for entrepreneurs
Or I can focus on one or 2 of them for more in depth discussion.

I am inclined to do a generalized presentation to give some value to everyone in the room and have private conversations with anyone who wants more details, but open to focusing based on what attendees would like.

I like (2) and (6). Can't wait!

I've got a room for Thurs - Sunday but need to share a room with a group for Sunday night to Monday morning (the group I'm staying with is leaving Sunday so I don't really see it necessary to have a room all to myself).

Anyone have some room for that 1 night - I'd be willing to chip in a bit more for that 1 night to make it worth your while.

Thanks!

@GlobalWealth General overview would be great but if had to narrow down:
  • asset protection for ecommerce/online entrepreneurs
  • tax minimization for entrepreneurs
Thanks!

So my talk is the following:

SAAS and Application Development in the Healthcare Space (By a NON-CODER!)

There are a lot of ways to take this talk, but I'm more interested in what attendees want to get out of the talk. I want to provide as much value as possible and then soak up the wealth of knowledge from everyone else. :)

@GlobalWealth my vote would be
  • asset protection for real estate investors
  • asset protection for ecommerce/online entrepreneurs

Also @GlobalWealth would your strategies be more suited to US Citizens or Global Citizens?

I don't care what you talk about as long as you bring the ferret in the picture (bunny ears included).

@Red, with the addition of ben, each speaker should be shooting for what range? 20-40 minutes?

Each speaker should prepare a 40-45 min presentation. We've got an hour allocated for everyone, but that includes the preso, questions & changing out for the next speaker.

Everyone should bring their presentation in Powerpoint format & on a jump drive/thumb drive. We'll put everything on one computer that will be hooked up to the projector & will have a remote/clicker so you can change slides.

Typically do people flying in get in on Thursday and leave Sunday? This will be my first time. Just wanted to check in case there are any unofficial events that happen outside of the actual event.

Always fly in thursday, since the event starts friday anyway. People that leave mid day sunday never have any cool down time. I learned after the first trip or two to leave early monday.

Yes, typically people come in on Wed or Thurs & don't fly out til Sun evening or Monday. We do usually get together for dinner/drinks on Thursday night but it's pretty informal. There's also usually some kind of dinner/drinks on Sun as well.

Anyone have extra space for a room for Sunday to Monday? My roomies are all leaving Sunday and I want to stay till Monday.

Would chip in a bit extra if possible. Please PM me if there's a space available. I'm sure a few people here that can vouch for me. Thanks!
