Would you buy a gift card for a casino?

strangely enough, I've never seen one but can't find anything that legally prevents it

I have a way to build a closed loop system where the money is only good for the casino it was bought for.

Thoughts?

I've purchased scratcher tickets as a gift and my wifes grandma loves gambling so I could see myself getting her one, whats the angle your thinking? you figure out the back end nuts and bolts and then sell this as a solution to already existing casinos?

Sounds doable to me, maybe the gambling commisioner in your locality could be a one stop "yes or no" on feasibility
