According to these two articles below, you can achieve the same activity effort as running 10 marathons a year:
"Just by standing up three or four hours in your day at work."
How is that for a little effort and great results?
Obviously, it doesn't equal to running these 10 marathons 1:1, but all the little steps count on our journey to healthy life.
What are you waiting for then? Go on, run .... I mean stand up and get your standing desk.
