Packaging woes

Hi all,

I need some advice on how to proceed with this. I've ordered packaging boxes for my products. However, my product supplier has found that the boxes were found to be too small to be fitted in the box. I followed the measurements on the product catalog provided to me by the supplier and even asked the packaging manufacturer to slightly make it bigger.

The packaging manufacturer has informed me to send a sample of the bag and offer to give a discount on the next order. Please advise on how should I proceed with this as I've spent a significant amount on the packaging.
