Absolutely disgusting example of a con artist who ripped people off to the tune of almost 8 million dollars:

No wonder everyone thinks that in order to make money in business, you have to be evil.

This guy took in 50,000 pre-orders for a product he had absolutely no intention to produce.

It's really kind of sad that he might even get away with it and suffer no legal repercussions.

One thing is for sure: he won't ever find success in the business world after burning so many people.

Although he may not have to... I mean, 7.5mil is a very substantial war chest.

What is everyone's thoughts on this situation?

Running away from bad reviews?
Ordering 25 units only even with 50000 pre-orders?
Even faking that his products got certified, lying outright to customers?

F*ck....I have never seen so much F*ckery done by one business.
But I am quite interested in the fact he got millions worth of pre-sales even without a kickstarter. 7.5 million dollars worth of demand for the earphones is no joke considering that you are going against Apple. Must be a whiz at marketing.

Maybe the lawsuits will be coming by....takes some time for word to spread about to elicit a united response.

Turns my stomach sick. If he isn't prosecuted, there will be more copycats.

2. Selling perceived value over actual value...
3. A fake productocracy...
4. Villain narrative...

Unfortunately there are guys like this are out there everywhere, all hat, no cattle.
