    Hey guys,

I've made an account here 1-2 years ago I don't remember it. During that time I've been "trying" business. Although it started out good with affiliate marketing then freelancing making some money, I got really greedy and wanted to jump from different business ideas to business models.

I did dropshipping and had unrealistic expectations of hitting it big right on the get-go because I had purchased a 2k course and I was on my way to easy money... I really want to slap my younger self in the face, really...

When I was trying to manage affiliate marketing, freelancing and dropshipping all at the same time it got to a point where I couldn't even think anymore trying to learn new skills to add in too. My affiliate marketing niche website didn't offer affiliate program anymore so no more money there (no control). I then decided to just focus on drop shipping and dropped copywriting freelancing. So now I am just doing one thing now.

Then I injured myself bad from going to the gym and trying to make every workout a beast (I am a lot smarter now). My foot was smashed from deadlifting 345lbs on the last set. I laid in bed for a couple months and instead of working on my dropshipping business I got depressed because I had given up on my affiliate website and freelancing that brought in some money. The injury added on to it since I couldn't go to the gym to release stress. I shut down my dropshipping website as well...

I had a really good friend who is now doing really well with his dropshipping business (he never gave up and understood process/value), but I haven't talked to him since the day I quit. I want to be successful again before I even talk to anyone, I feel really ashamed, even to write this intro.

After all that I decided to go out every weekend, chased girls. It was fun, but I always felt I wasted a lot of time.

I take full responsibility for all my actions.

    this all happened last year.

Doing so much at once and not committing to one thing is probably still one of my greatest weakness. I just want it all, but I know better now and suppress the demons.

I've been reading books (just the good ones) and absorbing info instead of it going out the other ear. I'm learning and relearning important vital skills. I decided to start a print on demand merchandise store and know I need to make it to where I can control all aspects of it because as of right now I am using others to print my merch. I'm going to crawl and learn to walk then run then sprint.

This week finally understood a business is meant to serve people and give great value. A business is to help others, not all about my financial gains although I am now quite interested in Lamborghinis and nice apartments.

I wish I read more books when I first started out. Knowledge + actions make you feel great!

    Happy to be here :)

the point is to know the game you are playing. because taking action without knowing the game will lead you nowhere

for example, if you don't know how to play the game of chess, you will be destroyed in a few moves

no matter how many " actions you take " , you will be destroyed for sure

the point is not taking action but taking the right actions based on the right knowledge of the game of life

like everyone else, you have been deceived all your life about the reality on earth

How do we know we're taking the right actions?
What would be one right action OP could do now?

This is what I was thinking today as I listen to unscripted about taking the right actions.

I have some decisions and choices to make...

Currently I have an online store that prints on the faces of watches. It's a product (watch) that I create designs for multiple passionate niches such as patriots, U.S Veterans, Dolphin lovers, Unicorn lovers etc...

I've made some sales but nothing big since it has only started 2-3 months ago. I'm reading the e-commerce AMA thread by biophase and really for the first time see how they add value to their products. I want to do that to the watches and expand to more merchandises in the future while improving better features and quality to the watches.

Right now I don't control the print or the production of the watches and I know that violates the principle of control. I test the need for the design on the watches via facebook. Barrier to entry is low since everyone can have access to this company's printing (but I will be branding and try as hard as I can to differentiate) instagram, facebook, twitter, and youtube I will provide content and unique lifestyle pictures. I can be free from time if once I find many designs that resonate with each target niches I say about 15-20. Scale, yes it's targeted to people worldwide. More and more test can be done and more designs can be made and more designs printed onto products increasing average orders.

It doesn't look like a fast lane but can be turned into one. The end goal would to be printing and getting my own products and eventually be the source that people come to get their stuff printed.

That's what I have planned for that.

Now a few weeks ago I understood value and looking for needs and it's shocking how Fastlane ideas are easy to identify.

My family owns service shop and while working there I notice there could be an app I could build that would make it easy for customers and other shops in the industry to use that will make choosing an easier and more efficient decision.

I also notice how a task I really hate that I could develop a product that will effectively reduce the time and comfort for customers.

I have not notice these products anywhere and know barrier to entry is none. 1st idea would need me to learn some coding and app building which I am on my own atm. I am also trying to learn sales and copywriting. I usually go out the weekend and have stopped for about a month now and found so much joy in working and studying these skills.

I believe the two ideas I have would be better than the print stuff I am doing, but it yielded some sales and I can see it working.

I am doing small daily task everyday towards these goals and ideas. I know I should focus on one so I am focusing on the designs for the print and studying coding/sales atm.

I am also seeing more ideas everyday I look at what people are doing and asking if I could make it easier for them.

Based on what you've written, it sounds like you're just trying to make money, build a living, and pay bills. You're not focused on building something unique, branded, and with a distinct value skew.

While making $$ is a good dip in the pool, eventually we have to transition to something more significant.

    Welcome to the forum.
