How do you enjoy life, stay in the moment when you have gained so much knowledge that you start to ponder on things that you never did before? For example, religion, death, and other existential questions.

One possible way is that, as in all things, you have to find a balance and think about gaining knowledge that is positive. In every area you can find the good, the positive, the things that can help you move forward and continue.

It is easy to be blinded by all the knowledge that frightens us, that shows us that we have very little knowledge in the end, but concentrate on looking for positive knowledge.

For example, you speak of religion. Try to find teachings in those religions that can help you to move forward, to see the good. Many religions advocate helping each other, giving the best of yourself, giving to others... Find the positive and what motivates you to move forward.

There is no death without life. It is a logical consequence and not to be feared. And if you do fear it, try to find the positive and live your life 100%. Learn about health, well being, your passions, which will make your life worth it.

Living in the present moment is very difficult in itself, especially if you think a lot and like to learn. But if you like to acquire knowledge, immerse yourself in Buddhist, Taoist or Stoic teachings, for example, and you will see that it will help you to see many interesting things that will make you want to continue!

I don't know if this reflection will help you move forward, but I hope it will at least give you a path to follow.
