Anyone tried advertising on a Smart Car?

I have seen several companies buy a Smart Car and put a full advertising wrap on it essentially turning it into a small rolling billboard. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if you have noticed any additional inquires/business.

I think there are far more cost effective ways of increasing your business than buying a car and doing a wrap.

However around here some people do buy old vans and have an ad printed on the side then just leave it in conspicuous places where a lot of traffic drives by. Must work as they do it year in year out.
