I'm beginning myself. I have 10 sites built so far. some ranked and getting calls, some still ranking and getting calls here and there. What are some of your lead generation model stories / experiences?

I abandoned that model but im in an adjacent one..

From what I here in the facebook groups though it seems like the businesses need more help closing existing leads then getting them , like a lot of service businesses cancel contracts because they're afraid to call people.

So thats its own model , sell the shovel to the gold miners (done for you not just lead generation but appointment booking or closing)

How do you do that? Do you just position yourself to the lead that you are an employee even though you aren't?

Well it depends on the vertical so just use your imagination, what i'm saying is you sell a "done for you" package where you take the entire process of new business out of their hands.

So for a plumber you aren't just getting phone calls, you answer the calls and then book on the clients calendar.

For a mortgage refinance play maybe you even train people at a call center to qualify the leads and you're part isn't done until they've begun paperwork.

For linkedin booking demos for b2b software is a huge thing, so I've seen companies that don't just give you an automated connection or messaging software but augment it with AI so the outreach seems personalized - they train you on social selling and content creation go over the customer ICP and tell the client which boolean searches to run etc etc , they even have outsourced sales teams where the client hands over demo decks and pdf's and they take that part over as well.

You can charge for a lead in a number of ways and make some money but if you're business completely solves the problem of customer acquisition you can make a killing.
