AI cant provide quality customer service IMO.
Its a time saver at best.

After having to deal with clients, support them, answer their questions etc. I can say for sure that if you actually listen to what their problems are and solve them, the most common support cases will dissappear.

Their issues tend to repeat and center around problems using your service usually, thats like 70-80% of tge cases.

The rest are a mix of stupid questions and stuff they wish the service could have.
The later are very important to be discussed right away with the client and not let any AI chat bot near them.
You dont have to grant every request that a client has, however the one on one discussing their ideas builds real trust.

There are also other important points I can expand upon if anyone is interested.
Like: sharing knowhow with clients, selling them affiliated software, protecting them from mistakes using your experience in the field.

What would the AI do?
Tutoring is a numbers game, so I dont see how AI could help here.
For example, if your capacity is 20 students per week, then record your material and spread it around platforms, social and educational as well as on your own site so your reach expands.
